- Once you know which plan you want, you can then choose the specific meals that match your Macro and Micro nutritional needs.
- Our nutritionists have designed 6 simple meal categories to make it easy for you to plan & track your daily calorie intake.
- These categories range from 200 kCal Snacks up to 900 kCal XL Dinners.
- You can choose any lunch you like and it will always be exactly 500 calories, or any dinner and it will always be exactly 600 calories, etc.
